Hey girls, Hey boys and Superstar DJ’s… Here we go… Right Here, Right Now.
Aspé. I made a mistake. This is not a post to “praise” Fatboy Slim, but this is a post to let you know that this is the fourth episode of Musitaly. This time dedicated to the topics Songs Against the War & Youth.
The two songs against the wars are different among them. The first one was written by one of the most influential Italian songwriters ever. The second one has been released by three different artists very famous in the contemporary music scene in Italy.
The three songs about the Youth start with a rap song and then we are going to listen two songs about the age around 18. That age is important for all the youths in Italy because it represents the first step toward adulthood.
In the first case the song talks about a teenager close to her 18 birthday pregnant and the second one talks about part of the fears that a young girl lives at that age.
Amici, ma sopratutto Amiche don’t forget: You’re Not Going To Be Happy Unless You’re Going Mach 2 With Your Hair On Fire.
Buon Ascolto!
